Sets New Home Price Record |
Beverly Walsh, sales manager of William Raveis International's Westport office, has announced a new record-setting sale in Westport last month by Michelle Genovesi, sales vice president and managing director of the International Division.
The property, a Richard Mervis designed contemporary home fronting Long Island Sound, located at 9 Pierway Landing, sold Sept. 21 for a record $9.2 million.
