| Weekly Commentary: Rates still bouncing around from day to day. This week we saw some relief Thursday into today and it was short lived as all gains were giving back by noon today. Big picture rates are still very attractive, even some of our conventional lenders such as the Citi, Chase and GMAC lenders are trying to get back into the jumbo world ever so slowly.
